We are currently offering a youth camp on July 6 & 7 in conjunction with the Girls Hockey Club of Seattle; a non-profit organization supporting girls hockey in the Pacific Northwest!
Players will be able to experience college style practices with coaches from all three programs in attendence. Each practice will provide work on skill development and hockey IQ through drills and small area games. Kids will enjoy a positive and high-tempo environment with coaches that will help them continue to love the game! In addition, a strength training session designed to target physical development for young women in hockey will provide preventative strategies for maintaining good posture to counter long term exposure to hockey specific problems.
